The Good Club app is a benefits app intended for civil servants only

Club members have access to various benefits and coupons provided by the app. These offerings are subject to change and are regularly updated. Members are free to use these benefits and coupons for personal use only.

Problem

The app contains hig particularly valuable benefits

It is cumbersome and non-user-friendly. Users face significant challenges in locating relevant benefits and encountering difficulties when placing orders. Excessive text on each screen contributes to this issue, resulting in wasted time and frustration while trying to find desired benefits.

The pain points were analyzed and mapped into three categories

Customization

Currently, benefits are not aligned with the user's specific needs; they appear randomly. Users prefer to create their own matches of coupons and benefits that suit their individual preferences.

Accurate search and filtering

At the moment the search is not focused but very free and therefore the result is not accurate

Users need a more accurate search and filter to get accurate results.

Favorites and Shopping basket

Users interested in exploring benefits within the app cannot save their searches in favorites or to a shopping cart. It's crucial to introduce an area where users can store desired benefits until they make a purchase decision.

as well as enabling the possibility of searching and filtering with special solutions

customer recommendations and feedback levels from those who have

The app is cumbersome and unfriendly to me, it's hard for me to find the requested benefit

A little about me

Mother of 5 sweet children, I studied and obtained a medical secretarial certificate, I worked in the field for several years. I currently work in the prime minister's office as a bureau coordinator. As a civil servant, I am entitled to coupons and equivalent discounts, but I am encountering difficulties while using the "Good Club" application - benefits for civil servants.

Challenges:

Trying to enter the application and don't know where to turn, there are four areas of categories, really confusing. The structure of the application is not understandable at all. There is no hierarchy!

The payment has a lot of text, and requires a lot of details, I can't focus.

ambitions:

A fast, efficient and more targeted search for finding the benefit I'm looking for, which will have the option of saving benefits in favorites, dividing categories by types of stores, and more.
