For more than two decades, Rivchit has been delivering thorough and expert financial solutions tailored for businesses across Israel. Serving enterprises of all scales and at every developmental phase, Rivchit caters to their diverse financial needs.


The software offers management of all customers, production of annual reports, documents and all necessary tools for effective business management.

Problem

Rivchit offers an excellent system for financial solutions

The process of creating invoices, managing and tracking customer payments is very complex and not user-friendly

The pain points were analyzed and mapped into three categories as indicated on the original screens

The system encounters issues with navigation and clarity.


Redundant upper and middle navigation elements cause repetition.

Customer tracking

The information of the customer's details such as the status of his account, or personal details is presented in a very unclear manner

Process of issuing documents.


One of the main uses of the software is displayed a document, Currently the process of issuing a document is served on one screen full of details, without hierarchy and order

Research

Market analysis

Before characterizing and redesigning the system, I conducted a thorough market analysis on existing platforms that offer similar products


The above platforms offered customer tracking and issuing documents, Yet, among some of them, I discovered effective solutions that I could adapt.

in some of them the process was complicated to track and execute. And from some of them I learned good solutions.

A little about

Avishag is 28 years old, mother of 2 sweet children

She studied and obtained a graphic artist's certificate, and works as a graphic artist in a sign factory, and in addition, her boss really wants her to issue invoices to clients.

Challenges

I don't understand accounting at all, it's very difficult for me to navigate the software, it's not clear and organized, it has loads of details. Many of our clients in the office deal with us through WhatsApp and it really bothers me that I don't have the option to send documents directly from the software to WhatsApp.

Ambitions

I would like the software to be more receptive and understandable, without duplication of buttons, Even if I don't keep accounting I can understand and get along with the system.

A little about

Hadar is 30 years old, mother of 3 sweet children, she studied as an accountant. She currently work in an accounting office and the software she use is Rivchit. As someone who uses it every day, she encounter difficulties and discomfort with the software.

Challenges

It is very challenging for me that it is not possible to open several screens at the same time, I have to log out and log in and this makes it very difficult to work quickly. There is no option to save a credit card and every time I have to ask the customer and retype the details.

Ambitions

I would like the software to be less cluttered, updated and more upgraded than what it offers today.
